I have over 14 years experience in software testing across multiple projects in Insurance and Telecom domains. I have had the opportunity to work with some of the industry bests at Infosys, Vodafone and most recently at Cognizant across onsite and offshore locations.In my role as QA Manager, I look forward to develop high performing teams, through mentoring, support and encouragement.I have worked on developing Java based automation frameworks(keyword driven, data driven or hybrid) using Selenium and testNG. I am familiar with methodologies like BDD(cucumber) and TDD. I have also been involved in the implementation of CI/CD by setting up, configuring and maintaining Jenkins.I have experience of working in network management, network activation and order fulfilment streams in telecom and policy issuance and claims streams in general insurance domain.I have managed teams of up to 50 members. Having worked in all the stages of testing lifecycle I have performed activities like test strategy, test plan, test design, test execution, defect management, test closure, automation feasibility, etc. I have working experience in projects following both agile(Kanban chart) and waterfall models.I have also been involved in multiple RFP responses where I have provided deliverables (presentations, effort estimations and resource planning) from software testing standpoint.I have completed the TMMi foundation certification to support my understanding of QA maturity at an organisation level. I have also completed Automation Specialist 1 & 2 certifications from Tricentis.
