Coordinator, Residential Development
Current- Plan and execute successful annual events such as luncheons, agent open houses, and client parties through site selection, managing budgets and vendor contract negotiations, creating promotional material, and on-site logistics.- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram) for 8 community pages. - Provide marketing materials for agent teams including inventory flyers, event collateral, and social media posts. - Manage overall logistics for Spring and Fall Parade of Homes events, including preparing and delivering marketing materials to community sales centers, coordinating maintenance tasks with vendors, promoting home entries on social media, and managing attendees for related POH events.- Successfully continuing to complete coordinator tasks in addition to existing administrative tasks shown below.
