CurrentBuilding upon prior roles on this team, as the Senior Director of Product Management I am responsible for the life cycle of the four products in the company’s jackpot and cash management solutions portfolio. In this role, I have ownership over: • Directing the alignment of intersecting product strategies with an eye towards dependability and accuracy of products and overall product and company profitability. • Leading a four person team that develops, refines and executes product roadmaps with a focus on the needs of the client and consumer. • Serves as product champion with internal and external stakeholders, Facilitating cross-functional team communications and coordinating product schedules throughout the development process.• Conducting reviews, analyses, and evaluations of business systems and client / user needs. Integrating usability studies, user research, and market analysis into product requirements to ensure customer satisfaction. • Leading team in developing new products, services, technologies, and processes by gathering requirements for product design, implementation and refinement. • Identifying and recommending potential strategic partnerships in relation to product enhancements, joint ventures, or other product related functions.
