This is a continuation of my previous role, not a new job per se. I've updated my profile to reflect the NetDimensions merger with PeopleFluent. In addition to my work with NetDimensions LMS, I've begun to explore some of the other PeopleFluent and LTG products, especially where they integrate or complement NetDimensions.

I have rejoined the Professional Services team with a focus on identifying and implementing custom solutions for clients to help them get more out of their existing implementations. Excited by the opportunity to think deeply and outside-the-box to solve tricky and important puzzles.

As a member of the Product Management team, I worked with NetDimensions clients to understand their challenges and then translate those gaps to improvements in Talent Suite and Slate. I enjoy trying to maximize the impact of changes we recommend and come up with creative solutions to help NetDimensions products make a positive difference for our clients.

During my time with the Professional Services team, I worked with clients large and small and across many industries on dozens of implementations and upgrades. Perhaps most enjoyable among my duties, was working directly with clients, getting to know their challenges and issues and finding ways to configure the product and their processes to improve their.

Consulted with teams across the organization on training initiatives, served as technical liaison with vendors, and coordinated system integrations.

Designed, configured, and installed technology solutions in the Content & Media portfolio of the IT department. Projects included enterprise e-learning authoring tool, architectural and artwork repositories, wiki, and forum. Coordinated change management and releases and set up monitoring for systems.

Greater Salt Lake City Area

Worked in IT department evaluating LMS and e-learning authoring tools. Consulted with departments on training initiatives and helped team deliver multiple technology training projects on LMS and corporate Intranet. I also served as Tier II support on Office applications for the global organization.

ASD Project, Special Education And Research Department

Designed, developed, and tested Web and CD-based training on disability accommodations for higher educational institutions. Server solution built on PHP with PostgreSQL or MySQL database.

Logan, UT

Assisted with research and development of grant projects for Sandia National Labs and EPA. Developed digital media for skills and process preservation.

Tashkent, Uzbekistan

Worked with office staff to improve business processes, publish weekly newsletter for parents and community leaders, and provided initial technical support to teachers' computers. I also provided translation services for Korean parents and organized after-school activity program.
