• Lead the direct and indirect purchasing team composed of 16 members:- Manage sourcing requests while independently lead the strategic development and optimisation of supplier contracts;- Lead large tenders/RFx for large multi-year contracts with preferred suppliers to ensure competitive bidding is done for all relevant purchases according to local procurement guidelines;- Act as a business partner to improve operational excellence by working closely with key suppliers, which includes training on purchasing procedures, and development of sourcing business cases based on spend analysis, and gaining support from all levels of the organization;- Collaborate with departments to make value contributing to company´s savings targets;- Work with suppliers to improve partnership, quality of service and pricing in all areas of sourcing.

Scope of work:• Lead the indirect purchasing team composed of 6 members:- Collaborate effectively to get things done, building and nurturing strong relationships;- Responsible for liaising between Team members and Stakeholders;- Act together with Team as critical thinkers to seek scope consolidation to optimize process time;- Provide monthly follow up meeting to keep process, KPI´s on track according to Strategic Plan;- Assist and give feedbacks to members every 3 months.

Scope of work:- Lead purchasing processes and decision making while adhering to budget forecast;- Work on Top 10 contracts to drive cost reductions, innovation and savings of 10% to 20% depending on the scope of work and service;- Revise the terms of payment from 21 to 60 days in order to maintain sustainable cash flow;- Prepare bid documents RFX in cooperation with Internal Stakeholders;- Draft (critical thinking) and negotiate contracts with suppliers in cooperation with Legal Department and Stakeholders.

Scope of work:- Develop and update vendors list divided by business activities;- Formulate of RFX, depending on technical specification and monitor bid process in due time; - Analyse and criticize proposals submitted by suppliers according with scope of work and service.
