Responsible for managing Authorized Service Organizations (ASO’s) across 11 states. Built and managed relationships with ASO’s to make sure all Warranty Service Level Agreements are met. Primary contact for service provider escalations, questions, training, and development.- Manage ASO performance to ensure ASO’s perform to Wayne requirements (to contractual quality, safety, response, repair, and reporting standards)- Conduct performance audits utilizing Oracle reports- Ensure contractors are properly staffed, trained, and carry the appropriate genuine parts- Interface with service team counterparts to establish best practices- Analyze parts usage and open call reports for trends- Manage warranty dollars and control costs in region through travel, labor, and service gaps- Ensure Wayne policies and procedures are followed- Visit customers and distributors in coordination with sales- Investigate and mediate issues between contractors and customers- Documents issues/resolution plans (communicates to all affected parties)- Manages chronic problem resolution process- Serves in an interface role or key internal/external customers involved with assigned projects- Support local and regional trade shows- Recruit, develop, and maintain service network - Develop service targets for service providers - Add, remove, and develop ASOs based on service gaps and customer needs- Identify weakness (product or ASO) and implement corrective measures- Assist with the development and implementation of support plans (i.e. training etc.) for ASO’s and customers- Visit key customers with service personnel

Lead and manage the Technical, Service, and Parts departments with a team of nine field service technicians and four office personnel. Since time of employment, sustained year over year revenue growth of 8%.● Manage $MM backup power generation projects, from new installs to preventative maintenance and repairs. ● Coordinate RFP preparation, pricing review, deadlines, and technical assistance. ● Lead project design and specification of SCADA communication to building automation systems, network control centers and master control rooms. ● Ensure project adherence to NFPA 110, Joint Commission (JHACO), SP-A110, NEC standards, and local codes.● Develop and submit test documents allowing new installation clients to obtain Certificate of Occupancy.● Provide sales support to engineering, technical, and financial teams. ● Manage companywide IT, including email and file servers, equipment and software procurement, and controls. ● Direct staff recruitment, hiring, and performance management. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:○ Managed and oversaw I&C implementation support for a 2.5mW backup power generator for the El Paso Electric Montana Power Station. ○ Directed the replacement of a 6,500-gallon diesel fuel tank for the NIST Building 92 Data Center’s 1mW backup power generator

Led project groups in the design and delivery of mechanical and electrical engineering projects. ● Interpreted customer RFPs and specifications to create bills of materials and sales proposals. ● Served as the main contact for customers. ● Delivered excellent customer service by facilitating collaboration between sales, production, and engineering teams. ● Led contract negotiations with customers and vendors.

Consulted with municipalities to design and managed the implementation of industrial control systems, industrial network communications, and SCADA systems for water and wastewater facilities.● Facilitated site surveys to document equipment layout and condition and provide recommendations for retrofitting or new construction. ● Consulted with clients on selecting industrial control equipment, instruments, networks, and radio and remote communication equipment. ● Managed project design, budget and schedule, SCADA, industrial communication, project documentation, and change orders. ● Prepared RFPs and selected contractors for construction. ● Chairman, Industrial Network Security Community of Practice; member, Wide Area Network Community of Practice.KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:○ Lead engineer in the design of the Los Angeles Bureau of Sanitation’s $MM plantwide security system for six wastewater treatment plants and 60 remote facilities. ○ Led the high-profile Aurora Water Prairies Water Project, including SCADA and I&C design during construction of a 1G ethernet-based microwave communication network.○ Lead engineer for the City of Ottawa Water SCADA Network Upgrade project for two water treatment plans and 27 remote sites.○ Project managed the City of Aurora’s SCADA WAN Radio Project to implement an 11GHz microwave radio ring connecting four water treatment plants.

Created electrical, instrumentation, and control designs for industrial control systems.● Prepared engineering design drawings and bills of materials for industrial control panels. ● Developed FDA documentation for compliance with FDA 21 part 11 requirements. ● Performed pre-factory assurance testing and troubleshooting. ● Created factory service manuals and maintenance manuals. KEY ACHIEVEMENT:○ Developed I&C and SCADA for three $MM ultra-pure water plants in Juncos and Puerto Rico for pharmaceutical facilities.

Member of a R&D group working to create new RF and microwave products to service the Intel/Motorola semiconductor and the Siemens/GE MRI product lines.● Performed 3D modeling and engineering prototyping of RF generator and microwave assemblies, circuit boards, and RF cabling and connectors.● Communicated between three nationwide facilities to resolve manufacturing, engineering, and vendor issues. ● Created production assembly documents, including bill of materials, work assemblies, manufacturing work instructions, assembly methods, and component testing documents.
