As the Executive Director of Equitable Community Empowerment (ECE), I lead a team of professionals who promote social justice and digital inclusion for marginalized communities. We leverage cutting-edge technologies to make education accessible for everyone, regardless of their location, income, or background. With the help of my team, I have successfully secured multiple grants and partnerships to support our programs and projects, such as creating online learning platforms, providing digital literacy training, and offering cyber security awareness and protection. I have also applied my expertise in behavior analysis to design and implement effective interventions and strategies to improve the outcomes and satisfaction of our learners and stakeholders. In addition to my work at ECE, I am enrolled in the accelerated Masters of Computer Science at Strayer University, where I am expanding my knowledge and skills in the fields of Cybersecurity, machine learning, and programming. I am passionate about using technology for good and empowering others to achieve their full potential.
