- Responsible for supplier quality management, working on quality issues, controlling production process, product quality, and delivery time.- Resolve supplier technical issues in a timely manner to ensure continuity of supply.- Investigate and provide support to components issues by driving supplier corrective actions, component validations, and/or aiding the supplier to establish proper process controls.- Drives corrective and preventive actions related to suppliers failing the auditing process from initiation to resolution of items.- Support root cause analysis investigations of any product failures and after-sales service and participate in 8D report.- Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non‐conformities relating to the product, process, and quality systems.

- Verificate the Lego bricks test sample qualities up to Lego standards. Evaluate and improve the sample’s qualities to comply with Lego group requirements. Guarantee the test sample quality satisfies Lego quality department approval.- Investigate root causes and solve the issues that arise during moulding operation tests affecting the moulded plastic quality. Build a test plan and solution to prevent nonconforming results from appearing in mass production.- Instruct the Moulding team and Production team with the latest standard updates from Lego. Ensure the team understood the client’s guidelines, quality standards, processes and procedures.
