Hello! I am Raphael Ng. I lead the Asia Enterprise Sales Team here at Workato. I lead and mentor a team of senior Account Executives to drive rapid new and expansion business sales growth in a scalable way. In the past year, we’ve doubled the Asia business YoY from USD X,000,000 base. Under my leadership, 75% of my team was able to exceed their quota. I was also selected for President’s Club 2022. Prior to which, I’ve had a demonstrated track record of enterprise selling in large multinational accounts, managing large, complex deals from prospecting to close. I was the top performing Enterprise Account Director at Boomi despite being the youngest member of the team.I enjoy road trips, snowboarding, playing musical instruments and photography. I have recently been training for Ironman races taking place in June (Desaru) and Nov (Melbourne) 2022. I am also training for a 1,200 km cycling endurance race (Paris-Brest-Paris) in Aug 2023.
