• Designed post-tensioning reinforced concrete structures for over 10 diverse projects including commercial, residential, retail, data centers, industrial, and public sector & education; ensuring calculation and drawings quality compliant with Australian Standards, Eurocode 2, and client-specific requirements.• Assisted tender teams by modeling concept designs and providing accurate estimations for tender projects, enhancing bid competitiveness and proposal quality.• Conducted rigorous double-checks on final drawings before submission, particularly scrutinizing post-tension plan drawings to ensure precision in tendon elevation, thereby upholding quality standards.• Instructed draftmen to generate and revise technical drawings, detail drawings, and specification.Achievements:• Successfully completed all projects within schedule and at least 80% of projects under budget.
