I have worked in the IT field with workstations, servers, and networking for over 20 years. I also have extensive knowledge of Linux based operating systems and have used it personally on a daily basis since 2008. Utilizing open source software, as well as supporting and promoting it, is very exciting. One of the most exciting aspects of Linux and open source software is how rapidly they evolve. I have procured several industry milestones and certifications including some from Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA and Ubuntu Linux. Not only do i enjoy working with technology, but I also enjoy working with people as well. I am comfortable working with a small group as well as speaking to a large group of people. In my free time I help users install or troubleshoot their Linux installations and triage software bugs.
