Human Resources Advisor
Current- Reporting into the Head of HR, I work in the HR Team to ensure we deliver an effective and professional HR service across the business. Key Roles:
- Employee Relations: Lead and manage on a range of complex ER cases, including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances and absence, ensuring to adhere to our policies and procedures
- Stakeholder Management: Work with my designated business areas to ensure strong relationships are achieved
- Inductions: Manage and deliver the monthly HR Induction, ensuring to capture all new starters across all sites and functions to welcome them to the Club
- HR Policies: Research, develop and update new and existing HR policies and procedures in line with best practice and relevant employee legislation
- Recruitment: Support the business with high volumes of recruitment from holding recruitment days, creating job descriptions, advertising and interviewing for roles through to onboarding and pre-employment checks
