Current•Provided strategic direction and managed the payroll, time and attendance, benefits, RSU’s, and payroll compliance for payroll operations, for over 30K employees on multiple payroll cycles playing a key role in payroll modernization to standardize, streamline, consolidate, and automate global payroll processes. •Partnered closely with various collaborators (finance, tax, total rewards, executive comp, people operations, legal, and IT,) to ensure payroll is processed securely as per defined procedures, guidelines, legal requirements and in compliance with local laws and regulations.• Managed the relationship with outside payroll service providers; manages the most complex issues with third party service providers; understanding system changes, upgrades, and government mandated changes to payroll.• Lead projects and initiatives focused on achieving performance excellence in payroll design and delivery and lead payroll activities for new M&A.• Keep up to date with current trends and technologies in the payroll area; collaborate with global team to ensure standardization of processes and technologies utilizing Workday, Oracle, ADP, and Oracle.• Provided technical subject matter expertise by engaging with the key client stakeholders to understand business requirements, identify setup requirements and manage the successful implementation of vendor systems and services.• Manage team involvements in user acceptance testing in system maintenance and upgrade of multiple system processors in payroll cycles, including time management system people data system, payroll systems.
