CurrentWithin this job role, I am assigned with the task of modernizing HR applications with workday implementation, integrating HRIS functions for new acquisitions, supporting interfaces with vendors, and involving in testing / implementation of various projects.My duties comprises of collecting requirements, design, and coding new customizations / solutions. I am also involved with technical evaluation of new vendors to make sure company get right solution.I am responsible for leading technical offshore team in India, as well as collaborating on all new projects and IT Support functions. Some of my note-worthy contributions within this role are as follows:• Implemented Workday to modernize HR Solution• Executed REST APIs in Oracle for saving company’s all middleware costs.• Evaluated various software / vendors in market to modernize HRIS system.• Recognized as winner of annual IT hackathon.• Enforced systems such as Beeline (VMS), Greenhouse (ATS), and new payroll system (Ceridian), OnBoarding (ServiceNow), Headcount reporting (Anaplan).• Created an audit and reporting workbench using Oracle APEX
