As of 2023Q2 I have managed 69 research and development and demonstration-type projects with a cumulative value of over $323 million. I lead planning meetings with government customers and industry/academia subcontractors to strategically map out schedules and budgets. I write and/or edit quarter and final reports for each project. Additionally, I've led internal projects including development of our company's database, one of our program's digital dashboards, and an Excel-based Resource Loading Tool to coordinate and predict the project managers workloads.
