Senior Product Director, Clinical Product And New Solutions For Questhealth.Com
Current- Drives new Clinical Solutions for the consumer-focused portfolio- Establishes vision and profitable growth strategies for consumer-initiated testing businesses- Leads cross functional teams to identify, develop, and implement product/solutions addressing unmet consumer needs to drive profitable growth- Provides insights and updates to Executive Leadership- Develops sub-segment AOP in concert with value delivery partners- Works with value delivery partners to achieve and exceed revenue and volume targets- Leads conversations and drives growth with testing solutions in the small employer and sponsored testing space- Partners with Marketing on product/solution strategy and mix- Owns life-cycle roadmap; identifies new product features and segments: acts as the product owner for user experience- Assesses new products/solutions to enable prioritization in R&D, IT, and Operations- Develops and presents business cases for new opportunities- Collects product feedback and manages regular KPI reporting- Collaborates with market research to generate insights on consumer needs and behaviors, including desired solutions- Ensures voice of consumer is brought into the in-line and product/solution creation process- Understands and regularly accesses competitive landscape- Understands continuum of care requirements and gaps- Coaches and manages product managers, provides support to other product directors- Offers product release continuous improvement- Explores and builds out new opportunities and solutions in new segments- Facilitates all aspects of project management, - Build out additional purchase paths within the main channel- Evaluates new technology and opportunities - Enables Operations success - Develop and draft all initial content for product pages and related information- Coordinate and own content review process- Enable test offerings in digital space (loading new products and product sets to questhealth.com)
