I was employed at O2 Ecology as an Ecologist to provide fauna spotter/catcher services to the QCLNG Upstream Project undertaken by Spiecapag / Lucas JV. My duties included the following:• Collection, collation and submission of environmental data for the client• Plan and implement erosion and sediment controls• Undertake environmental compliance auditing and reporting• Coordinate and undertake ecological surveys in areas of environmental significance• Undertake WH&S risk assessments and work in close proximity with heavy machinery• Manage WH&S for environment team working in isolated and harsh environments

I was employed at NatureCall as a Spotter Catcher (Wildlife Relocation) to provide fauna spotter/catcher services to the QCLNG Roma to Gladstone project undertaken by Saipem. My duties included the following:• Capture, identify and care for a range of native fauna• Collection, collation and submission of environmental data for the client• Undertake environmental compliance auditing and reporting• Coordinate and undertake ecological surveys in areas of environmental significance• Undertake WH&S risk assessments and work in close proximity with heavy machinery• Manage WH&S for environment team working in isolated and harsh environments• Work on a 28/9 FIFO roster.
