Health-care client oriented Advanced IT Helpdesk support provided to Doctors, Nurses & other healthcare practitioners in order to resolve any IT related issue which is preventing them from fulfilling patient care. • Identify, isolate & resolve any OS/Network issues which inhibit the proper functioning of EMR/EHR or LoB applications (Medisoft, AllScripts, ECW, Quickbooks etc). • Ticket handling (Connectwise) for any break-fix client-facing issues, serving as an escalation point & P1 emergency resource during business hours.• Managing Networks, Clients, Servers, & Mobile endpoints• Isolate & resolve Basic-Advanced problems involving Hardware, the Operating System, Applications, Network/Email Communications Infrastructure, etc OSI Layers 1-7• Client/Server Windows OS Performance enhancement/troubleshooting• Extensively document all associated resolutions and/or actions taken in the ticketing software• Administering, maintaining, & supporting virtualized (VMware/Hyper-V) & physical Windows Server 2008-2022 environments• Office 365/Exchange email and Active Directory Domain Infrastructure administration• File Resource access troubleshooting, i.e. NTFS/Share Permissions for DFS Domain or Single Server hosted data• Firewall Appliance administration, & Tshoot (FortiNet, SonicWall etc)• Dell, HP, Canon, Xerox, Kyocera, Dymo Label etc Network-Attached Printer support• Canon, Epson, Fujitsu etc Peripheral Scanner support• User Remote Access technologies (VPN, RDP, RDS/TS)• DUO Multifactor authentication for VPN (SonicWall, OpenVPN etc)• Ability to adapt to changes quickly, prioritize tasks, & achieve SLA• Ability to give clear technical instructions (great soft skills) & excellent remote troubleshooting techniques. • Above all, while isolating & resolving IT related issues, instill a sense of confidence into the client that no matter the issue it will get resolved in a professional and timely manner.
