COMPANY COMMANDER:Commands Headquarters and Service Company in an Aerial Exploitation Battalion (AEB) providing Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) and Imagery Intelligence (IMINT) to support worldwide contingency missions. Leads a 100-Soldier company that provides administrative, logistical, medical, food service, ground maintenance, and POL support to a Battalion consisting of Headquarters and Service Company, an Aerial Electronic Warfare (Special Electronic Mission Aircraft) Company and an Aerial Reconnaissance Company (UAV). Responsible for the health, welfare, and training of 100 Soldiers and accountability of all associated MTOE, and Installation equipment valued at over $7 million. Performed duties as a Pilot in Command and Air Mission Commander for Guardrail Common Sensor (GRCS) missions flying the RC-12N in combat and the RC-12P at home station.HUMAN RESOURCES:S-1 Officer-In-Charge of an Aerial Exploitation Battalion consisting of a Headquarters and Service Company, Air Reconnaissance Hunter Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) Company, a forward deployed Electronic Warfare Company/Guardrail Common Sensor (GRCS) and a CONUS based Signals Intelligence Mission Operations Company. Maintains continuously operating, capabilities-based intelligence support with a force of 260+ Soldiers and civilians, 6 x RC-12 aircraft, 2 x MQ-5B Hunter UASs, and a GRCS Ground Baseline system. Acts as the Personnel Service Center for the battalion, normally a brigade and installation level task. Not school trained in AG, yet manages an AG section consisting of one officer, five NCOs, and two Soldiers. Acts as Battalion Executive Officer in his absence. Serves as Pilot-In-Command for the GRCS RC-12N during combat and the RC-12P at home station.LOGISTICS:S-4 Officer-In-Charge / Direct supervisor of a $3 million budget, $60 million in property, and to the AMO, BMO, PBO, two NCOs, and two Soldiers. Maintains accountability and executes work orders/ service orders on 23 buildings.
