CurrentSupports GDIT portfolio director in leading planning, budgeting, and execution of GDIT’s CMS Marketplace Assister Technical Support (MATS) contract.Leverages 10 years of trusted partnerships with CMS stakeholders to plan, execute, and scale complex training and technical support projects while maintaining exceptional work product quality standards. Provides hands-on coaching to MATS training, operations, and IT workstream teams while mentoring people managers to refine processes, anticipate needs, and empower their teams. Coordinates with CMS and GDIT leaders to scale the MATS team as the program scope expands to address new and challenging programmatic requirements in terms of resources (growing from 35 FTEs in 2021 to 200+ FTEs), technical support (MATS manages two Salesforce orgs for CMS), and technical development (MATS supports seven major workstreams composed of multiple smaller projects).Developed extensive MATS onboarding processes and collateral to promote sustainable long-term growth, including program-wide onboarding materials, deliverable standards and templates, and role-based instruction. Partnered with stakeholders across CMS in 2022 to plan, project manage, and pilot a highly complex digital Marketplace Assister Community (MAC) platform, using the MATS Salesforce org and CMS data to pair millions of consumers losing Medicaid with local assisters to secure health coverage following the end of the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency.Led the transition of GDIT’s longstanding MATS Consumer Support Group (CSG) scrum team into two separate scrum teams and a service request team as the MAC scope and GDIT team expanded in 2023.
