As the business operations manager (BOM) my role is to strategically organize and manage the core business activities of Essential Specialised Products. The role is instrumental to the day to day functions of the company as I am involved in setting and achieving goals across our entire organization.The role of the BOM is vital to our business as it determines the productivity levels and ensures that the business is ultimately both sustainable and successful in the future.
