-Led sourcing operations for a 200-person contract with the National Science Foundation (NSF). Coordinated internal stakeholders, clients, and third-party vendors to organize over 1200 resume reviews and 200 interviews over the course of 12 months, resulting in 55 new hires.-Created reports and presentations, formulated strategy, and performed program-wide.

-Vetted DFA endorsement applications by researching candidates’ platforms, biographies, finances, and districts and by discussing candidates with local DFA leaders.-Developed messaging strategies for endorsed candidates and drafted email fundraising text.
