During my summer at Procter and Gamble I worked in Global Consumer Relations (GCR) as a member of the Business and Technology (B&T) Team. I began my summer completing trainings in Microsoft Share Point, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Flows, and Salesforce. After spending an extensive amount of time completing these various trainings I analyzed the current process that consumer feedback flowed through and created a framework for a new tool that would be used by the GCR B&T Team. Using Microsoft Office tools including Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Forms I created a mind map of the new flow of information for requests and a sample SharePoint site. Additionally, I used Microsoft Forms to create a survey for the GCR Business & Technology Team that was implemented this summer.

During my summer at Procter & Gamble I worked with different applications and various tools to extract information from a particularly large database in order to display its data in P&G plants nationwide. In order to extract and display this data I worked with KNIME, Excel, and PowerBI.

During this summer I worked on the development of A.I. (Artificial Intelligence) specific applications in Procter and Gamble to improve consumer interaction with Procter and Gamble beauty products. I researched Alexa Beauty Skills and developed Alexa Skills that require user interaction. I also researched and found tools that generate code for the user to build an Alexa skill.
