Responsible for the development and training of staff. Duties including: Opening/closing the store, hiring/firing of employees, training and developing new hires, reaching sales goals on a daily/monthly/yearly basis, merchandising and displaying new items around store, making bank deposits, receiving and sending inventory to and from store location. Setting goals for employees to met as well as helping them to achieve the goals., providing a great store experience for customers by being friendly and helpful.

Responsible for achieving and surpassing monthly sales goals, customer service, verbal and interpersonal skills, closing sales, moving throughout the store and engaging customers, meeting challenges, constant trainings on new products, face to face and telecommunication interactions with customer and Verizon Wireless telesales, assisting new and existing customers with the purchases of wireless equipment, presenting products to prospective customers by demonstrating features and functionality, generating new sale opportunities by offering additional products and service, open/closing of the facility, and maintaining facility.
