I have served as an Air Force Officer for nearly 20 years conducting Financial & Resource Management on three continents in seven different countries leading financial operations for individuals, small teams, large organizations, Headquarters, and Higher Headquarters. I am an expert in conducting planning, budgeting, and execution for portfolios up to $4B. I am very familiar with operating in ambiguity with constantly changing priorities in a heavily matrixed organization. I operate well in and lead teams-of-teams while networking cross-functionally to solve complex problems. I enjoy linking Strategic Vision to operational imperatives by building goals, lines-of-effort, milestones, and metrics to conduct detailed analysis and deep-dive issues at the tactical level to create efficiencies and increase effectiveness while reporting to Key Senior Leadership and leadership at all levels. I have many years of experience with Human Resources as a Senior Leader and supervisor-of-supervisors handling hiring, feedback, mentoring, rewards, or building corrective action plans while also assisting many team members with personal issues.
