• Oversee recreational league practices, fulfill Saturday game day roles, create schedules using Playerspace, actively coach and officiate basketball, and provide support to our families and participants

• Prepare officials, home, and visitors’ locker rooms• Perform assigned courtside game duties pre-game, during the game, and post-game (drinks, towels, mopping, and rebounding)• Assist with post-game breakdown

• Be proactive and friendly in greeting and assisting guests with various inquiries at all points of contact• Assist guests with locating seats and escorting guests to their seat if necessary in a professional manner

• Manage scoreboard operations for all home games (team statistics)

• Oversee video board production, music, public address announcements, in-game promotional contests, halftime shows, and pre-game presentations for all home games

• Oversees the team's equipment to ensure the players and coaches have the supplies they need for practices and games • Set up practice drills with cones or other tools as requested by the coaching staff

• Assist with stadium and game management activities for all athletic events• Collect information needed to prepare the game management agenda for each home athletic event (visiting team information, security, ticketing, marketing, and Panther Club)• Visiting team and game officials’ liaison, ensuring that all visiting team needs are met as well as officials

• Manage inventory process by scheduling and reconciling products based on quarterly demands• Maintain high standards of customer service during high-volume, fast- pace operations• Train team members in the performance of duties and assign/coordinate work of employees to promote an efficient operation
