Created multiple schedules for a team of 20 staff members for 40 hour weeks. Oversaw budgeting, supply orders, programming and weekly paperwork. Delegated tasks to a team of 10 on a daily basis. Worked amicably with upper management to expedite repairs and needs of the facility. Lead the development and implementation of new, original programs to meet demands of our community.

Oversaw production for an internal project to create a new line of apparel for the Hubert Humphrey Swim Team. Worked with a team of four to craft shirts and swim caps and worked from pre to post production. Also produced flyers for summer classes and programs.

Serve as media liaison in the development of special features, messaging and projectscovering 183 parks and over 200 miles of trails. Execute strategic marketing and social media campaigns, creating compelling content for programs, initiatives and events. Develop press releases, media alerts, email blasts, graphics and web copy. Manage communications for partnerships with various organizations.

Worked as a contract production designer for multiple clients; including CAMP magazine for Coachella Valley Music and Arts Magazine in 2013 and 2014 and the book Dancefloor Thunderstorm in 2016. Roles included crafting lage layouts, editing, and photo retouching.
