The Freshmen Leadership Engineering Group (FLEG) is a selective leadership group within the Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering. The organization focuses on developing professional and social skills for its members. Within the Involvement committee, the focus is to organize multiple events every semester that partner with student organizations outside of the College of Engineering in order to expose FLEG members and UF students to other interests, hobbies, and cultures. For example, partnering with the UF Line Dancing Club led to an event that taught over 50 people how to line dance. This exposed attendees to a new hobby that could be used to develop relations with more people.

The Goldberg Gator Engineering Explorers Summer Program's goal is to increase the pipeline of underrepresented students in engineering and computer science. To accomplish this, multiple camp sessions are held in various middle schools across Florida.As an Undergraduate Lead, I led and facilitated STEM-focused activities, guiding over 15 students through hands-on projects using Microbit microcontrollers. With access to over 40 components, I provided direction as students developed creative and innovative projects to share with their peers.

In this position, I led the development of a versatile web application to aid in check-in/check-out and inventory history for over 100 pieces of equipment. This was done by leveraging Python’s Fast API to build a high-performance backend, enabling efficient communication between MongoDB and the React frontend. In order to make this web-app easy to use, I Built export functionality to generate Excel spreadsheets with time stamps, employee names/IDs, and equipment name for reports. Additionally, I Implemented printable and scannable QR codes to streamline equipment tracking and simplify employee interaction.

Inter-Residence Hall Association (IRHA) is an organization that focuses on ensuring that students living in residence halls feel welcome, safe, secure, and part of the UF community. This is done through event planning that establish better relations between residents.As the Infinity Council (INC) Treasurer, I handle a budget of over $1,500 to help plan events for a residence hall of over 300 residents. I have designed and managed the 2023-2024 INC Financial Ledger using Microsoft Excel. Additionally, I am responsible for drafting an end of the year financial report along with a budget proposal for next year. All events thrown had an attendance of over 100 residents.
