General Overview of previous history: I have Spent most of my working life in road works / construction on various projects around NSW, Working and communicating with my employer, fellow employees and others from companies we worked alongside with. I have a strong background in communication as it was fundamental that everyone was on the same page and of the same understanding when working in a very busy, often loud and hazardous sites. I have taken an interest in site Safety OH&S standards and safe work environment is a well functioning one. I employ myself to take this view wherever I go. I found this skill crossed over well into security and they continue to grow and develop along with all the new skills I have picked up since crossing over into the security field .
