As a financial advisor I specialize in providing member focused financial services. These services include providing personalized financial solutions, identifying additional member needs and cross selling with Servus products that solve these problems. At the contact centre our focus is to use efficient strategies to uncover potential problems or needs that members have. We establish and maintain the relationship between the Credit Union and its members.

As a member service representative in the banking industry I was responsible for completing a wide variety of tasks. These successes ranged from deposits/ withdrawals, to investments and loans. In this position I was able to connect with members on a face-to-face level.

As a floor manager I was responsible for staff management, money handling, and brand experience. Maintaining a floor staff from 40-60, while ensuring guest satisfaction and restaurant stability. In this position I was able to gained management experience through working in many different areas of the restaurant industry, dealing with a variety of situations in a calm and appropriate manner.In the position of a server I was responsible primarily for the fast pace role of guest experience. From all aspects of the visit to the restaurant. I was able to utilize not only my experiences from various positions at other restaurants but to also gain more experience in guest satisfaction. - Refuse collector: summer of 2007, held responsible for not only picking up the refuse but also the environmental disposal of and educating the public of proper disposal of items in the recycle yard such as: televisions, computers, and other electronic goods.- A member of the parks department: summers of 2008, 2009 and during the month of April 2010, I woked on a grass crew building my team work skills with a group of 8-10 people throughout the city of St. Albert. This included lawn mowing, weed-eating, and hand lawn-mowers. At this job I have also trained others on the proper use of the required equipment and procedures. Working with the city of St. Albert helped me to obtain WHMIS, First-Aid, and Air Brake (Q) training.
