• On a daily basis, check the entrance and exit of all employees and check customers’ receipts. • Provide positive customer experience while maintaining awareness of all activity.• Make recommendations for overall improvement of loss prevention training and strategies to improve shrink for the store.

• Liaison between management and sales associate team including monthly touch-bases with management team.• Make stops of customers who activate EAS system and routinely check out sales associates and managers.• Train staff associates in loss prevention systems and customer service.• Update security log by reporting incidents and activities of suspected theft.• Maintain a safe retail environment for all parties present.• Organize and maintain guards’ schedules and breaks.

• Create and distribute guards’ weekly schedule.• Assist in the recommendation and development of improving security systems and procedures.• Oversee training programs for loss prevention team members.• Conduct routine inspection of facility to maintain physical security and protection of assets.
