• Attached to Ministry of Health (MOH) to support their Business-As-Usual (BAU) as well as operations related to COVID-19.• Planned and led multiple project teams across agencies and organizations to the successful delivery of Merdeka Generation, Vaccination and Childhood Developmental Screening Subsidies.• Lead the conceptualization on the harmonization of 4 disparate IT systems into a single platform through constant engagement with various stakeholders.

• Led in-house development teams, adopting agile (i.e. SCRUM) methodology to deliver highly complex manpower optimization systems for MINDEF/SAF.• Led the development of project requirements and provided technical inputs.• Manage the budget as well as the procurement of services to ensure that projects are executed in accordance to the project plan in a timely manner.• Manage project risks and communicate them to stakeholders.• Manage system and processes to ensure that they adhere to policies (e.g. IM8).
