Education Resource Strategies is a national non-profit that partners with district, school, and state leaders to transform how they use resources (people, time, and money) so that every school prepares every child for tomorrow, no matter their race or income.

Creative Reaction Lab educates, trains, and challenges Black and Latinx youth to become leaders in designing healthy and racially equitable communities by challenging the belief that only adults with titles (e.g. mayors, CEOs, etc.) have the power and right to challenge racial and health inequities.

The mission of the Constellation Fund is to fight poverty in the Twin Cities by raising the living standards of individuals living below the poverty line in our seven-county metropolitan area. Constellation uses the best available evidence to identify, fund, and partner with the people and organizations making the biggest impacts in the fight against poverty in our community.

The Second Day Impact Fellowship program provides diverse and mission-minded college seniors with the industry insight, mentorship, and skill development to jumpstart mission-driven careers. During an Impact Fellow’s senior year, they receive relevant work experience at a NGO or social enterprise, professional development training, job-search assistance, and a community of like-minded peers for support.
