This includes secured and unsecured lending, corporate borrowing, asset-based lending, real estate finance, project finance and the use of vanilla and structured debt instruments as well as issues of debt priority, subordination and intercreditor arrangements. I handle instructions from borrowers, lenders and guarantors and act also for the arrangers and managers of these transactions, as well as for security trustees, intercreditor agents and account banks.I trained at Clifford Chance, working in its banking and capital markets teams in both London and New York for seven years. Thereafter, I was a partner for twelve years at Ashurst where I led the debt team working within that firm’s energy, transport and infrastructure practice.
