As a freelance developer I've worked on countless projects that cover all aspects of website design and development. Everything from custom PHP applications, WordPress websites, Joomla! and Drupal projects, to even consultation only engagements. My responsibilities as a lead developer at Miles Partnership has quickly evolved and increased over the years I’ve held the position. Some of these responsibilities include:• Plan projects, estimate tasks, and provide assistance to fellow developers.• Manage and lead a team of developers and site builders.• Establish and lead the company's quality assurance team.• Coordinate and conduct QA audits for projects.• Oversee efforts to bring struggling projects to completion.• Conduct developer interviews to support company growth.• Mentor junior developers and new hires.• Provide estimates and task planning support for the Client Web Support team.• Conduct code reviews across various projects and individuals.

Oversaw the complete build out, beginning to end, on several projects as well as supported several other projects. Responsibilities included:• Built gohawaii.com, including its translation into 7+ languages.• Acted as lead developer while building arkansas.com and arkansasstateparks.com concurrently.• Wrote custom Drupal modules and themes for Drupal 7, 8 & 9.• Supported projects for michigan.org, cmlf.com, myarkansaslottery.com, and many others.

As a Drupal Engineer for Third and Grove I performed site building tasks on large websites that reached millions of people. This consisted of building site functionality in contrib modules such as Views, Context, and Panels among others. It also required development of custom modules when needs could not be met by a contrib module and writing custom release scripts to efficiently deploy updates.Third and Grove was an incredibly fast-paced environment that required mindfulness of project budgets and timelines. I also occasionally helped build WordPress sites and audited websites and servers of potential clients.

My responsibilities at E & J Gallo were incredibly varied. Working in a small team I helped build, maintain and enhance 50+ websites, Facebook applications, and proprietary software. I was the subject matter expert for our analytics solution, Adobe Marketing Cloud (previously Omniture), which was used to track all of our web based projects as well as a few other departments projects. I also helped build and support our cloud based (AWS) server LAMP stack.My biggest responsibility was related to larger project work. Such as the construction of a PHP based API and JavaScript SDK used to make collecting and managing consumer information and automating common tasks across our web properties simpler and more approachable by vendors.

My tenure at JWAY was short, but while there I helped maintain a clients rather large intranet with the occasional public facing micro-site as well. The majority of my work was flat HTML and CSS written to be a pixel perfect match for Photoshop composites. I also helped guide technical aspects of projects during the planning phases.

As an independent contractor for JPL I was used as a resource throughout the various stages of website projects. From building a site from scratch, to adding the finishing touches after QA. During this time I worked on a number of projects.

As a web designer and developer at SolutionsIC I interfaced directly with clients to design and build sites to their specifications. Sites were built in flat HTML, PHP, and the content management system Joomla!.After the company transitioned to its new name "AxtaWeb", I took on a larger role and working with a small team developed a custom Joomla! component tied into web services to handle site backups, deployment and even construction. I also wrote documentation for the company's various processes and operations.
