My current role is split into two sections, site administrator and Intake, assessment and planning (IAP) in the Housing program. As site administrator I help with enquiries made in person and via phone and direct enquiries to the relevant people. I assist with finance, IT for the office, and any general administration tasks. • Report any damage within the house with maintenance personnel through relevant procedures
• Provide pastoral care to students within the student housing
• Prepare and coordinate student events througho Monthly meeting with Residents on Campus to discuss, organise and review events o Liaise with external providers for quotes relating to eventso Develop marketing material.
