My current role is split into two sections, site administrator and Intake, assessment and planning (IAP) in the Housing program. As site administrator I help with enquiries made in person and via phone and direct enquiries to the relevant people. I assist with finance, IT for the office, and any general administration tasks. In my IAP role I assist people with rent arrears, rent in advance, Bond Loans, Crisis accommodation and other housing related inquiries.
