Within two months, transferred to the global supply chain strategy team to oversee supply chain lifecycle management, including NPI, for the mainstream enterprise server product lines, a $9B annual business portfolio.Led the integration of materials, information, and financial cash flows in a network consisting of suppliers, internal & external manufacturers, distributors, logistics service providers, and customers. Worked closely with demand planning, marketing, procurement, inventory management, regional supply chain business units, and product managers to evaluate new opportunities for cost savings across the portfolio’s lifecycle, including NPI, steady state, and end of life (EOL).Partnered with the Americas supply chain team to re-evaluated the manufacturing floor plan in the Houston campus. By relocating two stations at the manufacturing site, HP saved an annual $15M.Rebuilt the supply chain strategy for the next generation large volume microserver product to take advantage of tax savings by routing partially-built goods through Singapore, resulting in an 8% savings in total landed cost for the product.

Directed operational functionality of all computer and network devices onboard the International Space Station.
