I am an undergraduate student at the University of Florida pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology. I also am pursuing a Minor in Communication Studies as well. I plan on attending graduate school and getting my Masters in Business Administration. I love talking to people and getting to know everyone I meet. I started working in customer service when I was fifteen years old. The first job I had was a bagger and it helped me shape great conversation and connection skills with customers. I worked for Publix and they held customer service to a very high standard. I transferred these skills to a golf course where I worked to grow and develop them even further. I constantly pushed myself to make connections with more members and check in with them on a weekly basis. This helped me build a real relationship with some amazing and genuine people and it was extremely rewarding and enjoyable. Overall, I take pride in having a wide variety of communication skills that I have developed in my jobs so far. I am further progressing these in clubs and opportunities for involvement at the University of Florida. I’ve had experience in trying to sell product to customers and overall presenting myself in a professional and engaging manner.
