As an F-22 requirements program manager, I lead a team to research, develop, review, and staff requirements documentation for Air Combat Command. I am primarily responsible for reviewing cutting edge technologies and adversary capabilities to determine cost-effective capability solutions for the F-22 Raptor. Part of that responsibility includes gathering cost information and submitting budget requests to congress for approval and execution. In addition to managing requirements, I coordinate with the F-22 program office and ACC leadership to ensure requirement compliance and cost adherence.

As an Instructor Pilot at Strike Fighter Squadron ONE ZERO SIX, I was responsible for teaching newly winged Naval Aviators how to safely fly and tactically employ all variants of the F/A-18 aircraft. I routinely planned, briefed, executed, and debriefed flight and simulator events with up to four aircraft in tactical formations.
