Human Resources Generalist
Current- Responsible for all facets of the recruiting process, including: internal and external announcements, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling & conducting phone-screens and interviews, and completing background and reference checks; support hiring managers throughout the process - Develop new position descriptions, refine existing role summaries, in partnership with senior leadership and hiring managers- Coordinate the onboarding tasks of new team members through HRIS and support hiring managers with the new hire paperwork process- Steward organization through annual performance management process; oversee annual paperwork renewal process for global contractors- Maintain personnel records in HRIS system, providing reports proactively and as requested- Process enrollments, changes, and terminations of participants in all benefit plans and programs; Partner with accounting on bi-weekly payroll deduction reporting - In charge of recognition programs for the organization, including birthdays, anniversaries, and internal awards- Serve as the primary resource for team members in answering questions related to benefits and HR policies and procedures
