Project: UHC Provider Digital Product Owner/Manager- Product Owner/Manager for the Document Library, Application Dashboard/Core, Preference Center, and Marketing Dashboard.- Create roadmaps, features, and user stories while aligning across product, UX, and technology teams.- Document Library and Preference Center both had a successful launch in Q3 of 2021 leading to roughly 50k unique visitors and over 130k visits in the first month.- Played a key role in the overall initiative to move the Provider Digital Transformation team assets off of Link and onto the UHC Provider Portal, leading to cost savings for UHC and a better experience for the provider users.- Led planning and accepted development efforts for 4 development teams.- Responsible for PI planning, feature creation and refinement across product, tech and UX, user story creation and grooming with the development team.- Accepted user stories from multiple development teams.

Project: UHC Provider Digital Product Owner/Manager- Product Owner/Manager over the Claims and TrackIt applications within the new UHC Provider Portal. - Both products had a successful launch within 2020 leading to roughly 500k users and over 8M visits.- Responsible for PI planning, feature creation and refinement across product, tech and UX, user story creation and grooming with the development team.- Accepted user stories from multiple development teams.Project: Optum Technology Innovation, Research, and Development (IRD)- Developed and presented a predictive model to UHC Student Resources leadership that predicts which student members are at most risk for a mental health related adverse event.- Developed SQL queries to pull Nexidia transcripts and classifications from various sources for the Voice Insights Engine (VIE) related projects.

Project: Optum Technology Innovation Research and Development (IRD) Data/Business Analyst- Combined agent classification, call summary metrics, Nexidia classification topics, claims, policy, NPS, and member demographics data at the subscriber level with SQL to understand what drives call volume for over 1M calls for PRIME platform members within UHC E&I.- Produced a claims data analysis and business case that displayed a potential savings of $20M when reducing the number of readmit appointments for the PAC Home project. Analysis contributed to the project moving from the Ideate to Discovery phase.Project: Optum Voice of the Customer (VoC) NPS Data Analyst- Owned end-to-end process for the monthly reporting on the Voice of the Customer (VoC) text analytics insights using Clarabridge to various business leaders across seven Optum lines of business.- Managed a project to create a data load validation process using Tableau. The process identified more than 4,000 missing survey verbatim records, and ensured accurate reporting in future time periods.- Co-created a digital survey implementation process flow that encompassed six work streams/teams and documented a new survey from Qualtrics, to the VoC source database, to the text analytics tool of Clarabridge, and then back to the VoC source database.Project: Veteran Affairs Community Care Network (VA CCN) Tableau Data Reporting AnalystCreated, presented, and delivered a dashboard using Alteryx for data preparation, and Tableau for data visualization to VA CCN program leadership as an aid for hiring Veteran Engagement Officers, among other uses.
