Beginning in archaeology, I was drawn to GIS's vast potential, leading me to a GIST degree at the University of Wyoming in 2022. During my first semester, I was quickly absorbed into the dynamic team at WyGISC, where I've been developing web-based applications using Microsoft .Net and JavaScript to drive research initiatives.I'm proud to be a Geographic Information Science Professional (GISP) since December 2021, I'm also deeply involved in the GIS community of Wyoming, serving as the secretary for WyGEO for the past four years. My mission is clear: to equip researchers and state agencies with cutting-edge applications that harness data, making technology truly serve its promise of enhancing our work and lives.Outside the realm of GIS, my passions have evolved with my surroundings. From crewing in San Diego's beer can boat races to hiking Wyoming's breathtaking national parks and forests with my German Shepherd, Riker, I cherish the balance between technological advancement and nature's simplicity.
