In my DNA, I am creative and have always loved art and design. Also, I multi-task with ease and naturally see potential in others. No matter what the assignment is, I focus on adding value by creating processes, short-circuiting circular problems, and influencing colleagues to improve customer satisfaction and competitive advantage.My career path has been anything but conventional - from washing cars, loading packages, participating in a management training program, achieving sales and productivity goals, creating excellent customer service experiences, to serving as safety lead and providing creative design support for organizations. All helped me gain a slightly different perspective than many of my peers.I have also learned to treat every customer and every dollar as if it was mine and understand how we all fit into the bigger picture, no matter what job you do.In my next step, I plan to use my creative, conceptual, and analytical capabilities to diffuse challenges, provide solutions, and optimize the customer experience in a new Industry.
