Allows the Oncor billing department to accurately charge cities for utilized street lights.- Responsible for developing and documenting best practices for daily validation of In-Service reports of newly installed or removed street light facilities. Trained team on best practices to further reduce discrepancies of street light records.- Creating monthly metrics report in order to better help predict and project performance of department.

- Contractor for Pike Engineering who partners with Oncor Electric to design installation of trip saver fuses, pole replacements, and streetlight replacements. Utilized proprietary AEGIS software to design graphical representation of field work and develop cost estimates for new install and maintenance projects.- Debugging AEGIS software and ensuring proper connection of primary and secondary conductors and nodes. Resulted in reduced time spent preparing AEGIS work environment for future projects.- Responsible for documenting work instructions for use in the field. Work instructions provides linemen guidance on what equipment needs to be removed or installed on specific electrical poles. Designed map prints to aid linemen in locating project locations and provide relevant information to complete field work.- Worked on streetlight maintenance projects as a record tech with a new team that resulted in a drastic reduction of late projects and late outage claims tickets. Reduction of claims tickets allowed Oncor to proceed with billing process for contract field work that was done. Assisted in the recovering of cost caused by late outage tickets. Entire department was caught up and best practices were improved after our efforts.

- Updated SDS to meet OSHA requirements.- Documenting TPM maintenance system for machinery used in factory floor.- Documenting updated lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures to meet company and OSHA standards. - Designed brackets for mounting valve-testing apparatus.- Designed tool racks for each assembly cell to optimize assembly process. Tool racks helped eliminate sharing of commonly used tools and created a move intuitive layout that allowed factory supervisors and line workers to know what tools are needed and what tools are missing.- Responsible for improving 5S rating in assembly cells and in tool storage areas. Designed and implemented Kanban cards to help workers identify parts for assembling products.

- Responsible for designing graphical interfaces used by water plant operators. Used InTouch Wonderware and GE iFix HMI software to link analog values from field PLC's to digital values. Most involved with project located in Possum Kingdom Lake.- Improved plant monitoring system through simplifying graphical user interface.- Exposed to Schneider Electric and Allen-Bradley PLC's and a limited amount of related programming.- Responsible for wiring test PLC for testing analog signals in the field before installing actual equipment. This in turn could be used to save tens of work hours by preventing faulty signals from appearing before full installation.
