I’d like to highlight that since joining, I’ve consistently achieved and exceeded all sales and service goals. From 2017 to 2019, I served as a Customer Service and Sales Representative for Polarek Insurance & Financial Services. In this role, I once again achieved all sales and service goals. Furthermore, I was credited with accomplishing high levels of retention due to my exceptional service. Additionally, by maintaining knowledge regarding the latest trends and insurance products to hit the market, I was able to bring my clients the newest options for their insurance needs. I’d also like to highlight that I have developed skills in creating marketing assets, generating educational materials, and determining distribution strategies in an effort to identify prospective clients. This skill has served me well as I have consistently been able to use lead generation, prospecting, and advertising to attain new clients.
