I effectively over see the maintenance department and facilities operations for a luxury high-rise student housing building located in the heart of the Madison UW campus. I have a team of 6 employees that I give direction and follow up with on a regular basis to ensure the building and grounds are in the best possible shape for our tenants and any prospective tenants that may come visit my building. I often work in the field assisting my tech's with complicated repairs and running a very extensive preventative maintenance program. I serve over 1200 beds consisting of 316 units with an exceptionally large amenities package for our residents. I make repairs to the HVAC, pool equipment, hot-tubs and fitness center filled with the top of the line equipment. My duties are not limited to Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, contract handling and execution, oversight of the porter and maintenance department as well as security operations. CPO cert., and EPA cert.

Effectively operated and managed the maintenance department for a 12 story hotel and full fitness center with a pool, hot tub and steam-room. Oversight of the maid services and all maintenance personnel to ensure the quality was upheld to impress our customers with little or no impact on their lives. As an upper management member I often was in charge of overall management of the fitness center and hotel operations to ensure smooth operation and great customer service.
