I have gained professional experience within the hospitality industry over 11 years, spending the last 8 years in high quality cocktail bar/restaurant management. My most recent employment was a ‘hands-on’ role encapsulating cocktail bartending, wine sommelier & all other aspects of service combined with management functions. I have previously managed a high volume cocktail bar & was employed as the hotel manager for an award-winning 12-bedroom boutique hotel, cocktail bar & restaurant. I have considerable customer service skills with an additional 8 years supervisory experience in retail whilst at high school & university.Outside of work I enjoy snorkelling, indoor soccer, travelling as much as possible and trying to learn Spanish.
