Private Insurance is a specialist business area within Direct Line Group, offering a portfolio of personal insurance products for mid and high net worth individuals through our direct brands and partnership relationships. I am responsible for leading the Private Insurance department to deliver sustainable profitability and continued growth, leveraging the strengths and expertise of Direct Line Group to maximise the market opportunity for our products. I have full profit and loss accountability, ownership of the end to end customer value chain and responsibility for leading the creation, implementation and continuous evolution of the Private Insurance business strategy, ensuring that our plans deliver value for Direct Line Group
