CurrentResponsible for marketing strategy, planning and delivery across a portfolio of national and regional commercial stations owned and operated by Bauer Media UK, an entertainment network of multi-platform brands reaching 25 million consumers. Responsibilities include brand insights driven strategy development, agency management, multi-million-pound budget management, national and local brand and events partnerships, and with oversight of local social media and web content, and eCRM plan delivery. Manage a team of 13 marketers based across the UK.Key achievements:• Management of qualitative insights projects to help clearly define the target audiences of our key brands (Hits Radio and Greatest Hits Radio) and led to the rollout of new vision and strategy across the company leading to major changes across all elements of the business including marketing and content (on-air and on digital platforms) strategies.• Orchestrated the relaunch of numerous classic hits format Bauer stations and over 40 acquired stations as Greatest Hits Radio, resulting in a remarkable surge in audience numbers from 506,000 in January 2019 to 6.9 million presently.• The relaunch of 16 adult contemporary format Bauer stations as Hits Radio (April 2024).• Executed a series of multi-platform advertising campaigns, consistently driving brand awareness, consideration, and trial.
