I believe that organizational strength comes from individual empowerment. As organizations navigate challenges familiar and novel, the ability to adapt and grow is wholly dependent on the quality and engagement of the people within. Cultural and generational differences are too often seen as challenges that require compromise in operations. I think that this is often folly. To me, compromise is fundamentally limiting as it is an approach that simply ensures minimal loss for the people involved. Instead, I seek integrative solutions, pulling the best ideas from all perspectives and building something new and different, together.In my career I have worked hard to bring teams together to develop transformational change efforts by encouraging discourse, risk-taking, and ownership of initiatives. When people are engaged and thoughtful, anything is possible.
